Because our products are specialized wellness technologies, all sales are considered final once an order has been confirmed and processed.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, customs issues, import duties, or products that have been opened, used, installed, customized, or shipped internationally.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged during shipping, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@light-mandalas.com with your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue.
We will review the situation and do our best to support you with an appropriate solution where applicable.
Import Duties and Shipping Fees
