Shipping Policy

Light Mandalas ships internationally using DHL or another trusted international courier when required.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer’s destination, package size, product weight, and available courier options. The final shipping cost will be shown during checkout or confirmed before shipment when manual shipping arrangements are required.

International Shipping, Customs & Import Duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated.

All customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local regulatory requirements are the responsibility of the receiver/customer.

Light Mandalas will make every reasonable effort to support the import and customs process by providing the necessary commercial invoice, product description, and shipping documentation. However, we cannot guarantee the final import cost, customs processing time, or delivery approval, as these are determined by the customs authorities and regulations of the destination country.

Customs Declaration

For customs purposes, products will be declared using clear, simple, and accurate product names that are easy for customs officers to understand. Product values will be declared properly and in accordance with customs requirements.

This helps support a clean, transparent, and efficient import process.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local holidays, courier service conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Light Mandalas will do its best to assist with tracking and shipment support, but we cannot be responsible for customs delays, additional import charges, or delivery issues caused by local authorities or courier processes after the shipment has left our facility.
